So the game starts from there, its basically a collection of fun and sometimes frustrating mini games disguised as a game.

The biggest part of the game involves Tike, now who’s Tike you ask well he’s a baby creature your creature has to raise throughout the game. This sounds very cool but actually its very tedious and I gave up on Tike and tried to drown the little bugger. Tike is the task that I least liked even though Lionhead promoted this as the best part of the game

The game was neither good nor bad but it was in no way as exciting as the original. I recommend it if you loved the original and are looking for a bit of extra mileage from the game. If your not in that category give it a miss.

Sadly, though, most of the games are frustrating and (thanks to the ponderous physics engine that suited the first game so well) slow moving and dull. Often the game feels more like a test of patience than anything else.

Fun for a while, but lacking in long-term value, Creature Isle can only be recommended for those desperate for a new Black and White fix.
