X48t-DQ6 og E8400 BIOS opsætning??

Hej
Jeg har lige anskaffet mig et sprit nyt X48T-DQ6 mobo, samt en E8400 cpu og 4gb DUAL RAM / DDR3 SDRAM / PC3-12800CL7 / 1600, 600W Thermaltake PSU, SATA Western Digital 500 GB, creative fatality, og et Gainward 9600 GT 512. Håber på at der er nogen der ude der kan fortælle mig det mest optimale setup, til spilbrug. Da jeg synes den virker langsom iforhold til dens reelle ydelse. Fx. i et spil som trackmania nations, er den langsom, så håber virkelig der er nogen som kan hjælpe mig.
