glencharmon@gmail.comDear Sir or Madam:
I am currently working as an IT consultant mainly in the healthcare industry in and around New York City. However, I wish to relocate to Denmark as I have spent time there and would like it to become my permanent place of residence.
I am currently solely responsible for an entire hospital network including all routers, switches and firewalls. This includes all design, configuration, and troubleshooting. I am also a lead technician in Windows Server technologies.
Some of the projects I have worked on and am currently working on are: a live network migration, a wireless deployment, a video conferencing system, a set up of my company as a service provider of network monitoring and alerting for client sites, a complete PKI infrastructure for digital signatures and email encryption for meeting government privacy compliancy standards.
I have done many network assessments as well as security recommendations and configurations in many client sites. As a consultant I have had exposure to and altered various pre-existing configurations, thus enabling me to improve my own configuration skills and understand proper design practices.
I am hard working and my job is important to me. I am a very technical person and I want a decidedly technically challenging job that will allow me to further my skill set.
Please contact me if you are interested.
Thank you,
Glen Harmon
