Enten er der tale om en særdeles godt iscenesat pr-stunt fra Apple selv, eller også har den amerikanske web 2.0 evangelist, Jason Calacanis, helt reelt brudt tavsheden omkring Apples meget hypede præsentation her kl. 19:00 dansk tid. Calacanis er gået grassat på Twitter og er begyndt at afsløre specifikationer og funktioner på den tablet-maskine (iSlate / iPad), som Apple forventes at vise frem. Den skulle bl.a. køre en variant af iPhone OS som kan multitaske, byde på en OLED-skærm og have indbygget HDTV-tuner og optager. Sidst men ikke mindst synes Calacanis uhørt begejstret over at kunne spille Farmville på dyret. Det har jeg så meget svært ved at juble over.

• It will cost $599, $699 or $799 depending on size and memory.
• It's running a version of the iPhone OS, and can run several apps simultaneously.
• The battery life is "great" in e-book mode, but only 2-3 hours when using Wi-Fi or playing games.
• It has two cameras, one on the front and one on the back. There are also thumbpads on each side, and fingerprint security.
• The screen is OLED, and there's a solar pad on the back for recharging.
• There's a customised Farmville app for the device, which Zynga CEO Mark Pincus will be demoing live on-stage tonight.
